Take-Two Interactive Software

In fiscal year 2011, Take-Two grew net revenue by 49 percent to $1,114 million and had $280 million in cash (nearly double the level of the prior fiscal year-end). During this time, the company was recognized by Metacritic as publishing the highest-quality games in the industry. Red Dead Redemption received more than 160 “game of the year” awards and was among the top-five highest-rated titles of all time for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Net revenue declined in 2012 to $825.8 million, but is showing promising signs of growth again in 2013.
