Accellos and HighJump Software to Merge
Accellos and HighJump Software, each global a provider of supply chain management software and trading partner network technology, announce that they have agreed to merge, creating a company with 11,000 customers in 23 countries with operations in North America, Asia and Europe. The combination of the two companies is expected to create a product portfolio that is uniquely positioned to meet the advancing needs of retailers, distributors, manufacturers, and logistics service providers to manage complex order fulfillment cycles and collaborate with supply chain partners.
The combination of Accellos and HighJump brings together a unique set of technologies, including networked trading partner connectivity, warehouse management, transportation management, and route delivery. This aims to create the opportunity for customers to work with a single technology provider with an adaptable technology backbone for omnichannel supply chain operations and organizations of all sizes.
The merged company will operate under the name HighJump and continue to use the Accellos brand for midmarket supply chain execution technology. Accellos founder and CEO Michael Cornell has been appointed CEO.
The combined company is strongly committed to all the Accellos and HighJump product lines going forward, and current customers’ investments in existing solutions will continue to be protected. The combined company expects that the convergence of the solution set over time will create significant benefits for customers through innovative software and services that help existing and new customers optimize their supply chains.
