The abundance of data in our industry has made analytics capabilities critical to ongoing success. CG companies must glean critical insights from every scrap of information to stay competitive. Yet, are companies focusing on developing analytical capabilities in the areas that could have the biggest impact on business?

This month, CGT partners with Cognizant to find out which capabilities companies think are important to success and whether or not they are investing in those areas. What we found, particularly with emerging capabilities, wasn’t surprising: there is still a lot of work to be done.
