Nestle Waters North America, Stamford, Connecticut

Nelson Switzer joined the company as vice president and chief sustainability officer. In his role, Switzer is responsible for the continued growth and implementation of the beverage company’s multifaceted sustainability strategy.

Bevolution Group, Chicago

The manufacturer hired Jay W. Erskin as senior vice president, supply chain. Rosaleen Doherty also joined the company as vice president, research and development, quality and regulatory.

Retailers

Massage Envy, Scottsdale, Arizona

The company has named Joseph C. Magnacca its chief executive offer. Magnacca succeeds Dave Crisalli, who will continue to serve the business as a member of its Board.

Albertsons Cos., Boise, Idaho

The retailer has promoted Tamara Pattison to the role of senior vice president of digital marketing and e-commerce. Prior to the appointment, Pattison served as group vice president of digital, loyalty and customer analytics.

Kroger, Cincinnati

Marnette Perry, the grocer’s senior vice president for retail operations and strategic initiatives, and Jay Cummins, president of the company’s Smith’s division, will retire on April 29 after 44 years with the retailer. Their successors will be named at a later date.

Southeastern Grocers, Jacksonville, Florida

Longtime retail veteran Anthony Hucker joins Southeastern Grocers as chief operating officer. He will oversee store operations, central operations, store development and IT. Most recently, Hucker served as president and COO of Schnuck Markets. In the past, he has also served as president of Ahold USA’s Giant-Landover and spent seven years at Walmart.

Wakefern Food Corp., Keasbey, New Jersey

The grocer named company veteran Cheryl Williams to the role of chief information officer. She fills a position left vacant by the late Natan Tabak, who retired in 2013 after 37 years with the company. Williams’ replacement was not announced.
