Campbell Soup Co., Camden, New Jersey

President and chief executive officer Denise Morrison has been elected as co-chair of the Consumer Goods Forum (CGF) board of directors. Morrison, who has held the position of CGF vice co-chair the past two years, will be the first female to co-chair the global industry network that brings together executive leadership from some 400 retailers, manufacturers, service providers and other stakeholders across 70 countries.

Brooke Caruso, former shopper marketer at GSK, is now senior manager, consumer promotions, beauty and baby.

Pernod-Ricard, Purchase, New York

Clarissa Louzada has been promoted to shopper insights manager.

Scotts Miracle-Gro Co., Marysville, Ohio

Van Taylor, formerly of Coca-Cola Co., has joined Scotts Miracle-Gro as the new director of cross brand and shopper marketing.

Corner Bakery, Dallas

Justin Lambeth, formerly responsible for marketing, consumer engagement and shopper marketing as chief marketing officer for PepsiCo’s Quaker Foods division, has joined the retailer as its CMO. Prior to Quaker, Lambeth held the role of vice president at Frito-Lay as well as leadership roles at H.J. Heinz and Nabisco Inc.

CVS Health, Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Norman de Greve has joined the company as chief marketing officer after 14 years with marketing agency DigitasLBi.

Kmart, Hoffman Estates, Illinois

The retailer recently hired former DSW executive Kelly Cook to fill the role of chief marketing officer.

Kroger, Cincinnati

CEO Rodney McMullen will temporarily assume the chief operating duties for retiring COO Mike Ellis, who has spent 40 years with the retailer and the past 18 months as its
No. 2 executive.

Land’s End, Dodgeville, Wisconsin

The retailer added two highly regarded industry veterans to its executive team led by newly appointed CEO Federica Marchionni. Joseph Boitano brings more than 30 years of retail experience to his role as executive vice president, chief merchandising and design officer, and Scott Hyatt joins as executive vice president, chief supply chain officer.

Rob Walton relinquished the position of chairman of the board of directors to his son-in-law, Greg Penner, at the company’s annual meeting in June.

The luxury beauty retailer has appointed Maureen Case as president.
