Twinlab Consolidated Holdings, Hauppauge, New York

The manufacturer named Naomi Whittel chief executive officer. She succeeds Tom Tolworthy, who left the company to pursue other ventures.

Revlon, New York

Fabian Garcia joins the company as president and chief executive officer. Prior to her appointment, Fabian served in a number of leading roles at Colgate-Palmolive for 13 years.

Johnson & Johnson, New Brunswick, New Jersey

Chester Twigg was named chief customer officer for the Johnson & Johnson Family of Consumer Companies. In his role, Twigg will be a member of the Consumer Group Operating Committee and will report to worldwide chairman Jorge Mesquita.

Retailers

Petco, San Diego

The retailer hired Jodi Watson as senior vice president, Petco Direct. In her new role, she will oversee sales from Petco.com and UnleashedByPetco.com along with aquarium supply seller LiveAquaria.com and prescription delivery service Doctors Foster and Smith. Reporting to Watson is Spencer Insolia, who also recently joined the company as vice president, Petco and president, Doctors Foster and Smith.

Weis Markets, Sunbury, Pennsylvania

The retailer named Ed Sheedy director of category analysis, promotional income & retail strategies. In his newly created position, Sheedy will be responsible for assisting in the formulation of corporate merchandising strategy and business development activities along with the integration of customer-based metrics into merchandising and marketing program development. Former CVS Health and Target executive Crystal Osunde also recently joined Weis as director of pharmacy operations.

Mills Fleet Farm, Appleton, Wisconsin, and Brainerd, Minnesota

Former Walmart executive Duncan Mac Naughton assumed the role of chief executive officer of Mills Fleet Farm. The appointment was effective upon the completion of KKR’s recent acquisition of Mills Fleet Farm.

Stein Mart, Jacksonville, Florida

Dawn Robertson joins the company as chief executive officer. She succeeds Jay Stein, the company’s founder and longstanding chief executive officer, who remains Stein Mart’s chairman of the board. Robertson will also have the responsibilities of chief merchant for the foreseeable future.
