Constellation Brands Streamlines Retail Execution with Mobile App

Constellation Brands' U.S. field sales team adopted Flowfinity Wireless Inc. software to streamline national survey data collection by replacing paper and spreadsheet processes with a mobile platform. Constellation Brands has since achieved real-time, actionable field data for planning, managing distributor activity and optimizing sales opportunities at over 500,000 accounts across the country.

Flowfinity was selected for its extensive offline functionality, the ability to aggregate data collected in the field in real-time and the flexibility to enable local managers to create their own surveys.

Constellation Brands monitors critical information such as point-of-sale execution and on-premise brand representation with the solution. "Reducing the administrative burden of managing execution has also allowed us to conduct more surveys, more often, to increase data collection opportunities across the organization," says Chuck Cronkhite, director of Sales Training at Constellation Brands.

In addition to national surveys, Flowfinity empowers local teams at Constellation Brands to create and conduct their own surveys specific to the needs of their particular markets. Given the technology to collect standardized, accurate execution data and instantly aggregate it into daily or weekly reports, local teams have improved management and accountability of their distributor partners.
