CRM manager Grows Management Team

CRM manager, an on-demand software consulting firm, announces the expansion of its management team with the addition of Mark Mangano as vice president of business development. Mangano brings more than 12 years of technology experience to the CRM manager team. He has held positions in the asset management, financial news and publishing industries where he has helped companies grow their businesses through the effective use of technology solutions. Most recently, as Vice President of Information Technology at Nationwide Funds Group, Mangano led teams that implemented salesforce.com, as well as other technology projects. Mangano is also the editor of SalesforceWatch.com, a long-running salesforce.com blog and holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Seton Hall University.
