GMO Labeling a Go

General Mills, Mars, ConAgra and Kellogg’s will start labeling GMOs to comply with Vermont’s mandatory genetically modified (GM) ingredient labeling law that requires most human food products containing GMO ingredients to include on-pack labeling as of July 2016. Companies will label nationwide, saying it isn’t practical to label products for just one state.
