Harry & David Replaces IT Platform

Harry & David deploys SAP for Retail to manage its store operations, inventory management and wholesale operations. The Oregon-based fruit and gourmet food retailer is replacing its home-grown legacy systems. Specific applications Harry & David is using are SAP Merchandise and Assortment Planning and SAP Forecasting and Replenishment.
