Hunter Douglas Deploys CRM Solution
When Hunter Douglas, manufacturer of custom-made window products in North America, needed a business solution that it could support its customer service standards, the company leveraged SAP AG. With the help of SAP Consulting, the SAP CRM rapid-deployment solution was deployed. This solution is also integrated with Hunter Douglas’ enterprise resource planning (ERP) application SAP ERP, providing a launch pad for add-on CRM functionality as needed in the future.
