Hyperion Merges with Oracle

Hyperion Solutions merges with Oracle to create an end-to-end performance management system based on Hyperion's EPM software coupled with Oracle's Business Intelligence tools and analytics applications. The complete system includes planning, budgeting, consolidation, operational analytics and compliance reporting. The Oracle/Hyperion merger expands Oracle's offerings to SAP customers.
