Chidi Alams, CIO of candy manufacturer Just Born, will deliver the closing keynote address during the 2023 Consumer Goods Sales & Marketing Summit, providing insight into how leaders can develop a transformative roadmap to elevate their business operations.

During “Building a True Transformation Roadmap,” Alams will share how Just Born, the maker of iconic brands Mike and Ike, Peeps, Hot Tamales, and Goldenberg’s Peanut Chews, is taking a holistic approach to developing new business models.

A successful transformation requires a cultural shift through developing new muscles, converting mindsets, and establishing true key measures as an organization's North Star. Alams will share how they're laying a foundation of business transformation and taking an integrated, holistic approach that includes developing a 360-degree view of their customers to tie back into their core operations.

Attendees will walk away with an actionable plan to guide successful transformations within their own businesses.

Alams guides mission-critical transformation efforts within Just Born, targeting organic growth, customer success, and operational excellence. He has technology leadership across sectors, including within financial services, healthcare, and retail, and previously served as CIO and a member of the turn-around management team at Team Car Care at Jiffy Lube.
