L'Oreal Streamlines Global Digital Experiences

The L'Oral Group selects Sitecore's experience platform to enable their marketers to deliver personalized customer experiences.

L'Oral, with portfolios of cosmetics brands including Vichy, L'Oral Paris, Maybelline and Garnier, will use Sitecore's technology and approach to revolutionize the way women and men everywhere experience beauty online.

L'Oral selected Sitecore's experience platform, in combination with its Foundry and Azure cloud offering, expected to quickly build and deliver unique, yet connected, digital beauty experiences, scaling across all regions and languages. With Sitecore, L'Oral will leverage customer insights in real-time to deliver content through all marketing channels.

Working exclusively with Sitecore's partner network, L'Oral will build a central enterprise framework for customer experience management across its brand's web sites. This is expected to create significant efficiencies by facilitating the re-use of web site components across the brand and accelerate time to market. Today, the first brands are implementing web sites with Sitecore's technology.
