Nestle Helps Retailers Meet Shopper Needs

5/29/2013
Nestl USA selected Interactive Edge's XP3 Suite to enable its account managers to provide more actionable insights to retail partners across all classes of trade that are expected to improve collaboration and increase sales. This selection was made after a cross-functional team evaluated several solutions and is currently being implemented.

Interactive Edge’s XP3 Suite is used to develop data-driven, customer-facing presentations and reports that are customized and updated by field based account managers quickly and easily. Although customized reporting is standard for top-tier retail customers, XP3 automation enables this same level of reporting for all accounts, allowing the Nestl sales organization to focus on assisting its retail partners to meet the needs of their shoppers.

“Nestl's extensive product lines span many different categories and our retail partners have come to expect a higher level of insights to drive growth not only with our brands, but more importantly with the strategies and plans that help grow their categories overall. Driving category growth is where our customers want us to focus as that is what meets the needs of the shopper,” said Mark Nichta, director, Sales Information Strategy, Nestl. “Using XP3 helps us to more effectively integrate category and shopper data, and quickly serve up insights from that data.”
