CGT's annual Visionaries program profiles a select group of inspiring consumer goods executives who are driving change within their organizations. Ranging from CIOs from major Fortune 500 firms to executives from innovative mid-market companies, our Consumer Goods Visionaries list is a who's who of dynamic industry leaders. 

Past leaders have been recognized for a range of accomplishments, whether it’s disrupting the entire consumer goods marketplace or executing unique strategies to help their companies build new capabilities and develop stronger connections with customers and consumers.

CIO of the Year

The CIO of the Year Award is given to a Chief Information Officer who has made the greatest demonstrable business impact within his/her consumer goods organization through the implementation and successful use of technology.

Entering its 12th year in 2025, the program recognizes leaders for their work across a range of accomplishments, including driving digital and IT transformation and defining new digital strategies.

CMO of the Year

This one of-a-kind award will be given to the Chief Marketing Officer who has made the greatest demonstrable impact on his or her organization through the implementation and successful use of new marketing strategies, technologies and/or processes.

Previous winners have been recognized for such accomplishments as the innovative use of technology, data and analytics to market to and engage with consumers; excellence in consumer engagement through social commerce; and transforming and reinvigorating brands to enter new categories.
