Online Pet Supplier Leverages E-Commerce Platform
NationalPetPharmacy.com launches a new e-commerce Web site with the help of Commerce Generation, a Burlington-based IT software development and consulting firm. NationalPetPharmacy.com is an online supplier of pet products and medications, and worked with Commerce Generation to develop a completely new Web site in twelve weeks.
Commerce Generation handled all aspects of the site's development, from graphic design, to usability testing to development of the backend. The site is built on Microsoft's Commerce Server 2009 platform, and is expected to allow for seamless integration of inventory, marketing and order management, and provides the ability to create custom, real-time reports and analytics.
NationalPetPharmacy.com was developed as a sister site to PetFoodDirect.com. Commerce Generation was also responsible for the launch of PetFoodDirect.com's new Web site in the same twelve weeks.
