Peet's Coffee & Tea, which operates 190 specialty stores nationwide, has cut waste using RedPrairie Corporation's Site Operations solution. Peet's has used the full range of capabilities featured in the application to significantly reduce wasted product through improved forecasting, inventory management and auto-ordering.
