PepsiCo Selects TPM/Optimization Solution

PepsiCo International UK (PIUK) selects CAS AG to provide Trade Promotion Management and Optimization solutions as part of the PIUK Revenue Management and Optimization (RMO) program.

"The Revenue Management and Optimization initiative is designed to increase trade fund efficiency and effectiveness for both PIUK and our business partners," says Nick Gilbert, Business Solutions director for PIUK. "The advanced predictive analytics within the new CAS 8 solution will provide the necessary insight for PIUK to achieve new levels of performance in this area."

"In addition, the CAS 'front office' solution will help us to further leverage our ongoing investments in 'back office' applications and will enable our sales, demand planning and finance functions to work more efficiently together, thereby enabling more focus on planning rather than administrating promotions," Gilbert says.

Integrated with the back office, CAS 8 is expected to provide a comprehensive view of account and channel performance which can enable PIUK to maintain healthy collaborative relationships with its trading partners.
