Retail Solutions Names New CEO

Retail Solutions, Inc.'s Board of Directors has appointed Bert Clement as the company's new Chief Executive Officer. Co-founder and former CEO Jonathon Golovin, Ph.D., will assume the role of Chief Strategy Officer and will continue to serve on the Board.

Clement has had a strong executive management career combining strategic, operational and tactical finance experience. He has also been an advisor and business partner to board members, CEOs and global business unit leaders by understanding and traversing operational and market issues arising in businesses undergoing rapid growth.

He is known for his expertise in devising pragmatic financial, operational and transactional strategies as well as world-class team building, operations and IT automation while always remaining committed to customer service excellence. Clement has had success in delivering long-term revenue and profit growth in highly competitive domestic and international markets.
