RightNow Teams With SFA Strategies

RightNow Technologies announces a new alliance with SFA Strategies. Together, the two companies will maintain and enhance the Salesnet Sales Force Automation (SFA) product offering, regularly delivering new Salesnet features, functionality and services and provide increased support for Salesnet customers. RightNow acquired Salesnet Inc., a provider of on demand SFA solutions, in 2006, and since then has incorporated applicable Salesnet technology into the RightNow suite of on demand customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. RightNow will also continue to enhance and support its native SFA application, RightNow Sales, which is designed to drive increased revenue through contact center agent and online channels for consumer-oriented organizations.
