2013 marks the 13th anniversary of our Readers’ Choice Survey. Over time, we’ve seen this issue mature from a fun-to-read feature to an important resource that the CGT community uses to validate IT investments. The survey itself has changed with the times too. Antiquated categories, like RFID and Data Synch, which were big in the mid-2000s, have been removed and replaced with new categories that match today’s technology priorities. For example, we added Social Media and Mobility this year as they increasingly become critical business growth drivers. Thank you again CGT readers for your continued participation in this survey. You are the reason it remains so valuable year after year.
