Still Learning

After eight years of writing from the sidelines, I still have so much to learn about the industry, and there are many moving parts — sales, marketing, supply chain, innovation, IT, and the list goes on — it is nearly impossible to be considered an ‘expert’. In reality, what we cover at CGT is only a small fraction of what is involved when it comes to the people, process and technology (as we often hear), that drive an organization. That is why this month we focus on the individuals who are shaking up the landscape. The 2015 class of Visionaries are game-changers, leaders and warrant peer recognition.
