Tech Trends 2006
The 10th annual Consumer Goods Technology Tech Trends Study shows an unrelenting push for operational excellence and a commitment to continued investment in technology to improve business processes. Balancing customer demands with the realities of increasingly complex supply chains and increased costs has forced the industry to get closer to customer and consumer insights to more proactively meet demand. This study will touch upon the critical business processes and enabling technologies that are helping to meet those needs, including supply chain, customer management, new product development, performance management and the retail perspective.
What makes this study so valuable is the analysis that our partner AMR Research provides.
