Thirty-One Gifts announces that it has chosen TXT MAPLE LAKE to assist in managing its retail processes. Using TXT’s integrated retail planning solution, TXT will manage the whole spectrum of Thirty-One’s forecasting, merchandise, assortment and inventory management.

“With TXT’s help, we hope to be better equipped to analyze demand for all the products we offer, and to optimize inventory management in our four distribution centers,” says Mike Mausteller, director of Planning and Merchandise Control at Thirty-One Gifts. “We chose TXT MAPLE LAKE because of its expertise in retail, the ease-of-use of the solution, as well as its combination of planning and analytics which supports fast, fact-based decision-making.”

Thirty-One Gifts is one of America’s largest direct-selling companies. It offers products that work with everyone’s lifestyle, from stylish and functional purses and totes to home organization solutions and much more, most of which can be personalized. The company is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, with more than 1,800 employees and more than 135,000 independent sales consultants in the United States and Ontario, Canada.

Thirty-One has experienced rapid growth during its 10-year history. TXT and its integrated retail planning solution was selected due to the ability to apply systems that can accommodate Thirty-One’s growth. The company expects to benefit from a more standardized planning process, reduced inventory costs, improved merchandising and assortment planning capabilities, and improved visibility and reporting across the business.
