Tip of the Spear Technology: Changecology

Houston-based boutique-consulting firm Changecology, which specializes in soft skills, safety and procedural training, has partnered with virtual reality developer Quytech to help a variety of U.S. companies transform their business processes using VR and augmented reality. Retailers of any size, for example, can use the technology to create an interactive space that enhances or even replaces the brick-and-mortar environment.

Together, the partners aim to create deep learning experiences that leverage critical-thinking and creative problem-solving skills as they relate to leadership roles using a reality-geared curriculum. The video above, for example, shows an immersive VR experience powered by Quytech to assist with fire extinguisher training.
