UpClear Names Director for New Revenue Growth Practice

UpClear has named Andrew Soteriou to lead a new revenue growth management (RGM) consulting practice. Soteriou brings a wealth of experience, having advised numerous consumer goods companies on value growth and RGM techniques.

Soteriou is known for designing innovative revenue growth frameworks, methodologies and toolkits, with an emphasis on collaborative and partnered ways of working. He has led the creation and implementation of large-scale strategy and transformation programs embedding best practice with the companies such as Carlsberg, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Mars.

A provider of trade promotion, pricing, and revenue growth tech, UpClear sees an opportunity in working together with both existing and new clients to build revenue management capabilities, based on the foundation of its software and staying true to its principles of agility and pragmatism. Led by Soteriou, the RGM practice along with new offerings around data analysis are new directions that elevate UpClear from solely being a solution provider.

A recent move into larger offices, in New York and London, will support the expanding RGM consulting and analytics team.

“To enable sustained and profitable revenue growth with increased collaboration between RGM stakeholders and technologies, we need a more effective growth engine," said Soteriou. "UpClear’s solution provides RGM teams with the tools needed to do so. We are building new capabilities that provide both expertise in revenue growth and data analytics to give our clients an edge."

"Andrew brings to UpClear the right industry and RGM experience, at the right time. Our company is continuing its growth trajectory," said UpClear founder Thierry Soudee. "As we service larger organizations, we continue to expand our services and features, working towards our vision of becoming the preferred RGM partner for CPG.”

UpClear serves clients in more than 20 countries across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Africa from offices in New York, London, and Hong Kong, and branches in France and Australia.
