Volcom Creates Retail Efficiency with B2B Merchandising

In an effort to overhaul the company’s commercial sales process, Volcom has implemented PlumRiver's Elastic Suite wholesale procurement and B2B digital merchandising platform.

The deployment will streamline the procurement user experience for retailers, create efficiency-driven cost savings and help the boardsports company establish new relationships with additional retail partners.

The initial launch includes Volcom product lines across North American and European retailers, with future plans for a global rollout. Included in the platform is a fully-integrated B2B sales management solution, customized retailer procurement applications, and robust commercial sales rep merchandising tools. Volcom also expects to strengthen its commitment to sustainability through print reduction and greater operational efficiency.
