Danone Company Optimizes Marketing Services

The Danone Company Inc. optimizes its loyalty program across e-mail, direct mail and online channels with the help of Neolane and KnowledgeBase Marketing, in collaboration with Wunderman. The companies are working with Danone to help simplify its data architecture and consolidate multiple data sources to decrease costs, more efficiently track coupon usage and consumer behavior, and improve customers' overall brand experience through greater targeting and personalization.
