The Kraft Heinz Company took another step in its transformation journey with the three new additions to its North American leadership team.

Helen Davis has been named SVP and head of North America operations. Rebecca Dunphey was tapped for SVP and president of fresh, beverages and desserts, and Simon Laroche was elevated to SVP of Canada and North America coffee.

“The addition of Helen, Rebecca, and Simon to the North America leadership team is a huge step in our growth agenda,” said Carlos Abrams-Rivera, North America president for Kraft Heinz, in a statement. “Each brings world-class talent, and I’m confident this empowered team will help us drive our unique Kraft Heinz culture and create a space to innovate, strengthen our competitive advantages, and unlock our power of one team harnessing greatness.”

With over 25 years of experience in operations and supply chain management for leading CPG companies like Unilever, Estée Lauder, Coca-Cola, and Reckitt, Davis will rely on her expertise to tackle complex supply chain environments and modernize her teams through improved tools and structures.

Dunphey will oversee some of Kraft Heinz’s flagship brands to support innovation and strengthen brand strategies. With over 20 years of experience, she has held leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark, Unilever, and, most recently, The Clorox Company, where she oversaw the care and connection division and led seven business units.

Laroche has been with Kraft Heinz for over four years and recently led business operations in Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and Japan. His new role brings him back to his home country of Canada, where he'll oversee the Canadian and North American coffee business. He brings more than two decades of experience in the food and beverage industry to the table.

The new hires will all report to Abrams-Rivera. Davis has already assumed her new role; Dunphey begins Aug. 14, and Laroche starts Aug. 21.

The leadership moves are part of Kraft Heinz’s long-term growth strategy, which includes the recent announcement of a $400 million CPG distribution center and the opening of new headquarters in Canada
