Kraft Heinz Names Diana Frost Chief Growth Officer

The Kraft Heinz Company continued its corporate transformation, bringing on Diana Frost as chief growth officer for Kraft Heinz Canada.

The role, which has been open for about a year, has oversight over Kraft Heinz Canada's R&D, digital, consumer insights, strategy & whitespace and sustainability lines of business. 

Most recently head of portfolio transformation at Mars Wrigley U.S., Frost brings more than 15 years of marketing and growth leadership experience to the No. 18 consumer goods company.

While at Mars Wrigley, she led a redesign of the company’s portfolio. She also served as head of marketing for Mars Wrigley Canada, leading the development of the 2025 strategy, innovation pipeline and communication for leading brands.

Frost began her career at PepsiCo.

The company also brought on a new supply chain leader over the summer.
