Innovation is such an overused word that its importance has become lost. Successful innovation means delivering new products to the market that are driven by consumer wants and needs. In this issue, we highlight Hallmark, a company that has continued to do just that. We also bring you innovations from Nestl and Coca-Cola, who have combined process with product to stay competitive, as well as the third annual Data Sharing Study. On a personal note, I want to congratulate Ali Ackerman on the birth of daughter April Sullivan Orr. No doubt mom, dad, and big brother Robbie are having fun with innovative baby products – pink of course!
