PepsiCo Launches Innovation Fellowship Program
PepsiCo announces a new Innovation Fellowship for six individuals interested in the process of creating transformative products, services and experiences.PepsiCo's Innovation Fellows will be invited to work side-by-side with approximately 24 PepsiCo leaders in an eight-session innovation and design workshop lead by Continuum, global innovation and design consultancy.
Working in small, cross-disciplinary teams with Continuum coaches, workshop participants will develop actionable solutions to real-world design challenges driven by PepsiCo's short- and long-term strategic plans. The workshop series will culminate with participants presenting their work to members of PepsiCo's senior leadership team.
"Continuum is an expert in teaching the human-centered design process and we're thrilled to have six Innovation Fellows join in on this learning experience with our leadership team," says Zoe Feldman, senior scientist, global nutrition and health policy at PepsiCo. "We plan on choosing Fellows from a wide range of disciplines that will bring a valuable diversity of perspectives and expertise to our broader group."
Continuum's Innovation Workshop at PepsiCo will commence on October 15, 2010 and take place on Thursdays and/or Fridays for eight consecutive weeks. In addition to the opportunity to participate in the workshop, fellows will receive a $4,000 stipend. The workshop will be held in three different locations including New York City, PepsiCo's Purchase, New York campus, and Continuum's Boston office.
