Webb leads the team in the development and deployment of insights, capabilities, and commercial digital products to empower PepsiCo to improve its sales and marketing efforts through a shopper lens, driving actionable impact across the entire PepsiCo portfolio.
Prior to her current role, Webb led PepsiCo category leadership for national small format customers, covering Dollar General, 7-Eleven Enterprise, and Circle K across the PepsiCo portfolio. In this role, she worked in partnership with PepsiCo sales teams to accelerate strategic partnerships and drive growth with its largest small format retailers.

Carr collaborates closely with various business units to equip teammates with cutting-edge technologies that streamline operations and drive efficiency. His recent focus has been on the development and implementation of strategic programs aimed at integrating AI into Schnucks' operations. Jon Harding

From 2004 to the end of 2024, Harding had worldwide responsibility for Conair LLC's IT and digital services in support of both day-to-day business operations and future business growth. Before joining Conair, he was divisional CIO for the U.S. Snacks Division of Kellogg Company (formerly the Keebler Company) that Kellogg’s acquired in 2001. Harding has been a member of various CGT editorial advisory boards since 2009.
