PIM Brands has expanded its leadership team, appointing Philip Davis as the new chief supply chain officer.

The leading global snacks and confections maker hopes these strategic hires will help the company expand domestically and abroad while stimulating growth across various business segments, it noted in a statement.

Davis will be responsible for all supply chain functions and will operate out of the company’s Park Ridge corporate headquarters. Davis held leadership positions at Godiva Chocolatier, Fleet Farms, and PwC’s Consulting Practice and has over 20 years of experience sustaining operational growth and enhancing the customer experience.

"Joining PIM Brands is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's sustainable growth and enhance the customer experience," said Davis. "I look forward to working with PIM Brands’ talented team and leveraging my experiences to enhance our supply chain capabilities."

PIM also named Matthew Prail as their new chief human resources officer.

These organizational changes are expected to support the company in bringing products to market and customer service while ensuring high standards of operationals at their many locations throughout the country.

In line with its growth strategy, PIM recently piloted a successful partnership with Fetch on a consumer loyalty program that increased new and repeat buyers while increasing overall household spending and penetration for its fruit snacks. This data dive allowed them to gather real-time data on consumer shopping behaviors by tapping into enhanced analytics capabilities, including ad tracking and SKU-level data from receipts.
