Rubbermaid Innovation Revamps Food Storage Category

Newell Rubbermaid announces the introduction of Rubbermaid Glass with Easy Find Lids food storage containers, offering consumers the ability to cook, serve, store and reheat meals all in one container. Rubbermaid Glass is the only glass food storage line with the patented Easy Find Lids system, which allows lids to snap to bases and graduated sizes to neatly nest within each other to help maximize space and keep cabinets clutter-free and organized. Rubbermaid Glass containers also feature Flex & Seal lids with a built-in gasket for exceptional protection against leaks.

A recent survey by Rubbermaid found 78 percent of consumers report they have become more cautious, assessing a product's real value, not just price, when making purchasing decisions. Rubbermaid Glass containers can be used in the oven up to 425 degrees, as well as in the microwave, freezer and dishwasher, saving consumers time. A square-shaped base design, along with the Easy Find Lids system, helps maximize cabinet and refrigerator space, and a leak-proof seal reassures consumers their food will stay contained and fresh. Rubbermaid Glass containers also offer stain and odor resistance.
