Snyder's-Lance to Acquire Snack Factory

Snyder's-Lance, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Snack Factory, LLC and certain affiliates for $340 million.

The Snyder-Lance/Snack Factory transaction is expected to be completed early in the fourth quarter.
