SPI Acquires Shiloh Technologies

9/30/2013
Shiloh Technologies, a retail supplier analytics solution provider, announces its acquisition by SPI (Software Paradigms International), an Atlanta-based company that provides technology solutions and IT services to the retail community.

SPI's current portfolio, which caters to retailers globally, includes IT Services, Vendor Collaboration and Recovery Audit Solutions and most recently, the Buyer's WorkMate Suite with the SPIN Analytics engine; together offering Sales Forecasting, Assortment Planning and Retail Performance Analytics.

SPI’s products combined with Shiloh’s retail supplier solutions such as ShilohLIVE, On-Shelf Availability and Advanced Ordering, is expected to enable the partnership to offer an end to end, worldwide solution for the industry to "Sell More At Retail" every day.

According to SPI CEO and co-founder, Sid Mookerji, the acquisition was strategic, allowing the company to extend its product portfolio to provide POS analytics from retailers to their suppliers. It also provides Shiloh clients with the opportunity to leverage SPI’s global services and products.
