Upclear Brings On Paul Guyot As CTO; Bolsters Leadership Team

Global enterprise solution provider Upclear has made a number of additions to its leadership team.

Paul Guyot joined the company in March as chief technology officer to oversee product innovation and expand our data services capabilities. He’s previously held CTO positions at various software firms, including smart home appliances, marketing services, agriculture and GHG emission reduction.

Based in Paris, he oversees Upclear’s engineering team in infrastructure, data science, and application development.

Upclear also welcome a new CFO in April: Craig Giannantonio. He previously worked at a private investment firm, working with their portfolio companies on acquisition integration, financial transparency, process improvement, and ERP deployment.

Giannantonio is responsible for global finance and partners with the company’s leadership on establishing strategic partnerships.

Gabriele Plate has been promoted to client services senior director, with the intent to leverage and expand Upclear’s best practices in value creation. He’s been with the company for more than seven years and played an instrumental role in developing client projects and organizations. He will retain his responsibilities for European and international business.

The company is also structuring its client teams with new leaders. In North Americas, Jean Hong has joined UpClear as client success director in New York. Hong has previous experience with such CPGs as Nestle, Unilever and Danone, as well as Nielsen.

Raghu Raghana has joined as solution delivery director in Europe. Raghana brings 15 years of consumer goods consulting experience, most recently at Accenture.

In Asia-Pacific, Buana Liem, who has two decades of CPG IT experience, has joined as solution delivery director.
