WD-40 Launches First Product Line Extension

WD-40 Company, maker of the WD-40 Multi-Use Product, is introducing WD-40 Specialist – a new line of specialty products formulated to give trade professionals the performance they need to get their specific jobs done right. 

 

“We're excited to have a new product line geared toward trade professionals under the WD-40 brand for the first time in our company's history,” says Tim Lesmeister, vice president of marketing for WD-40 Company. “Of course, with jobs that aren’t so specialized, you can always trust the one and only WD-40 Multi-Use Product.”

 

The new WD-40 Specialist line consists of five products: Rust Release Penetrant Spray; Water Resistant Silicone Lubricant; Protective White Lithium Grease; Long-Term Corrosion Inhibitor; and Rust Remover Soak. While the new products will dawn the trademark WD-40 shield, their packaging will feature black and silver with yellow tops instead of the iconic blue and red found on most WD-40 Multi-Use Product packaging.
