Funko Hires Cliff Engle to Lead Supply Chain Amid ‘Shifting Dynamics’
Funko, the pop culture product manufacturer behind brands such as Loungefly and Mondo, has named a senior vice president of distribution, logistics and operations.
Cliff Engle will oversee the company’s global distribution and logistics operations. This includes managing distribution centers in Arizona and the U.K., and helping to bolster Funko’s end-to-end supply chain strategy.
Engle has more than 25 years of supply chain experience. He joins Funko from construction company PrimeSource Building Products, where he served as chief supply chain officer.
Engle will report to CEO Cynthia Williams, who said in a statement that his appointment comes at a time when the company is navigating shifting supply chain dynamics that include the impact of tariffs. He was hired for his strategic thinking, collaborative spirit and commitment to operational excellence, she added.

He’s held senior roles at Amazon, PetSmart, The Home Depot, Scotts MiracleGro and Fender Musical Instruments, to name a few. At Amazon, his duties spanned strategic planning and end-to-end management of the company’s Fulfilled by Amazon business, along with operations management for its branded softlines business, per LinkedIn.

Past roles included oversight of planning, purchasing, sourcing, replenishment, category management, master data, supply chain analytics, new product launches, warehouse/transportation network optimization and new business strategy and launches.
