Children’s clothing brand Hanna Andersson has a new chief technology officer: Mike Frazzini.
Frazzini will lead the company’s tech advancement strategy amid continuing brand growth, reporting directly to CEO Aimée Lapic. He will help develop tech in e-commerce and marketing, bolstering back-end operations including data infrastructure and tech governance.
Frazzini said he is looking forward to collaborating with the Hanna Andersson team to scale the business even further and achieve growth goals.
He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across e-commerce, business intelligence, ERP, finance, operations, and systems integrations. Previously, he served as technology chief of staff for floral and gift marketplace FTD.
During his time at FTD, Frazzini helped lead a 300-plus tech team, driving the company’s tech vision and supporting architecture. Before that, he was the chief of data science and insights products at tech company Iterate.ai.
Frazzini was also previously the CTO and SVP of operations at eBags.com, where he helped drive growth for Tumi.com and 6pm.com while assisting with acquisitions by Zappos and Samsonite.
"Mike is a visionary leader with the technology skillset that will help us in reaching our ambitious growth goals. We look forward to having him join the Hanna Andersson executive team,” said Lapic in a statement.
Hanna Andersson was founded in 1983 as a DTC sustainable children’s apparel brand. The company’s portfolio offers products for children aged newborn to 12 years old.
