This holiday season, the fast track to a simple meal can just be a cereal box away.
Kellogg's chose consumers' favorite recipe picks to create a holiday menu using Kellogg's Corn Flakes cereal as a key ingredient. In the last year, Kellogg's headquarters received nearly 7,000 inquiries from consumers requesting recipes. The following holiday menu is available at www.kelloggs.com and was inspired by Kellogg's consumers: Cheddar Broccoli Corn Bake, Sweet Potato Bake, Creamy Green Bean Casserole, Apple-Celery Stuffing or Cherry Dot Cookies (
pictured), among other creations. "Consumers needn't look any further than their own pantries for a quick and economical solution to preparing their family dinner this holiday season," says Don Cumming, brand manager, Kellogg's Corn Flakes.
