The Lempert Report and Tetra Pak Launch Video Innovation Series

The Lempert Report, a video trade publication for the food industry and Tetra Pak, a company in food processing and packaging solutions, announce the launch of The Lempert Report Innovation Series, a weekly video series featuring valuable, concise and actionable information on innovation in the food world.

Available as a package segment for the news industry, the first videos will air weekly each Thursday. Targeting consumers and food industry insiders, the three-minute The Lempert Report Innovation Series videos are found online on The Lempert Report's YouTube Channel and on Tetra Pak's consumer web site BeCartonSmart.com.

"This series is so interesting and partnering with Tetra Pak, one of the greatest innovators of all time is the perfect fit," says Phil Lempert, CEO and editor of The Lempert Report. The first video features brothers Ryan and Jeremy Black who through their company Sambazon (www.Sambazon.com) took a once little known superfood from Brazil and introduced it to America. From production to packaging, their innovative vision has driven success, ideas, devices and methods to do something better, different and new.

Other topics include innovation in the dairy industry, packaging, grilling, food safety, vending machines and more. Throughout the video, "Tetra Pak Tips" will provide behind-the-scenes insight about the products, packaging and trends.
