Planterra Foods has tapped Alida to improve its access to consumer insights.

With the Alida Sparq digital insights platform, the plant-based protein startup brand will be able to unlock real-time feedback in order to develop more innovative products and a better customer experience.

Planterra Foods will also utilize JumpStart, Alida’s onboarding program, which provides a remote launch experience for its customers. The program is designed to help new users launch their services and insights communities in five days.

Based in Colorado, Planterra Foods is owned by JBS USA, the No. 8 consumer goods company.

"In a category where new innovations are hitting the shelves on a near-daily basis, agility and integrity are paramount," said Meghan Liefeld, Planterra Foods director of category management and insights, in a statement. "Our insights community, The Good Food Forum, is designed as a partnership with consumers, so we know we are making the right decisions to stay relevant.”

“The insights we glean from this quick-turn community is what will ensure we are continuing to provide new, innovative solutions to fit our consumer target's needs while differentiating us from other brands in the market,” she added.
