Starbucks' Instant Creation

Starbucks recently introduced Starbucks VIA Ready Brew, an instant coffee with patent pending technology that has been in development for more than 20 years. "This is a big move for us -- the opportunity to reinvent a category, create new rituals and grow our customer base is substantial," says Starbucks President and CEO Howard Schultz.
