Ocean Spray Promotes Monisha Dabek To COO
Ocean Spray Cranberries has named Monisha Dabek its chief operating officer. She’s been promoted to the role, which oversees Ocean Spray’s U.S. and global branded and ingredients commercial businesses as well as its supply chain, research and development, and sustainability teams.
Dabek has served as Ocean Spray’s chief commercial officer and general manager for U.S. business since 2021. In that time, she led the company’s sales, marketing, innovation, insights, revenue management, and demand planning teams. She also oversaw brand and portfolio optimization, launched the Just Add Cran campaign and Zero Sugar platform, and entered into a ready-to-drink partnership with Absolut Vodka.

More About Dabek
Prior to Ocean Spray, Dabek spent 10 years with Danone where she led strategic and business planning across all business units, managing a cross-functional team across strategy, innovation, business transformation, and investment recommendations, per LinkedIn.
Various roles centered on sales and brand marketing in various categories, including plant-based food and beverage and coffee — in which she helped launched a multi-serve cold brew coffee brand Stok. She has also held sales, strategy, and other leadership roles in companies such as WhiteWave Foods and PepsiCo.
